When can I access the facility?
Our hours are 5am-9pm Monday thru Friday, 8am-6pm Saturday and 9am-4pm Sunday.
Do I need a membership to use the gym if I am working with a personal trainer?
No, your payment to your personal trainer already includes your membership fee.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, simply log in on our site and go to the “My Subscriptions” tab under your profile.
How do I cancel a scheduled class?
To cancel a scheduled class, please reach out directly to the trainer you booked with.
